APRIL 3, 2008

Introducing The Green Event Summit, June 12-13 at the Sheraton Palace Hotel in San Francisco. The Green Event Summit is the most comprehensive conference yet on the subject of eco-friendly events and will bring together hundreds of executives from Fortune 500 companies, show organizers, independent planners and representatives from leading event venues and suppliers. Join us for an important 2-day dialogue and educational forum about the environmental issues that will impact how you create, produce and execute meetings, corporate events, special events and shows.

Produced by Red 7 Media, publisher of Event Marketer, Event Design, EXPO, and Agenda magazines, The Green Event Summit is the first conference to bring together representatives from every facet of the event business to discuss green issues, trends and best practices.

According to a recent survey, 41 percent of senior marketing and sales executives plan to implement green initiatives within the event function within the next 12 months. And, nearly two-thirds of those respondents (59%) say they are “going green” to meet a corporate responsibility mandate.

If “going green” is on your to-do list, then this event if for you.
